Anne came as a recommendation from a close friend who relocated to Charlotte, and so when my sister and I were thinking of purchasing she was the first person we called. We first visited in August of 2022 and by the end of the year we made our purchases. From the beginning, she took the time to show us various neighborhoods, and because we were out of town when we saw homes we potentially liked she visited and gave us virtual video tours. She is incredibly patient, and we always felt she was advocating for US, having the gift to be both personable and professional while also being super responsive. Another benefit of working with Anne, is that she has an extensive professional network which she is generous and willing to share with her clients. She even gave us a place to stay when we came down for purchasing, and checked the mail post closing! She is wonderful and I can't say enough about her.

Anne Monsted is an EXCELLENT real estate agent. She sold my house for almost DOUBLE what I paid, and then negotiated tirelessly to make a deal on my next house. Even in a crazy, sellers' market, Anne managed to get the price reduced and had the seller pay closing costs! My new house is perfect, so I'll (hopefully) never have to move again. But if I do, Anne will be my first call!

I was considering a move to Charlotte from the North East and met Anne at an open house in December 2020. She was incredibly helpful and transparent. She also answered a ton of questions I had about Charlotte and helped me target the neighborhoods to focus on in my search. I ultimately chose a spec home with a local builder and waited about 9 months for completion. Anne was helpful every step of the way answering questions and attending meetings. Where do you begin with someone as wonderful as Anne?? My fiancé and I were not expecting to buy a house so soon, but when the opportunity presents itself, you go for it! We were recommended by many of our friends to use Anne as they all had wonderful experiences with her. This was very true! Anne was able to jump right onto the home buying process for us the same day we looked at a home. As first time home buyers, Anne was able to make the entire process a thousand times less stressful than it could be. Anne helped my husband and me navigate through the competitive and challenging task of finding out home in Charlotte's Plaza Midwood. Anne was extemely responsive and made herself available at a drop's notice to view a home that was listed on the market. She was patient and open to us viewing a variety of homes (fixer-uppers, out of our price range, etc.) to help us hone in on our home preferences and priorities. She listened to our reactions and quickly hit on our style - old home charm with as much preservation as possible!

Anne's strengths and experience really showed when it came time to submit offers. She provided advise when asked and never pressured us. She had a good understanding of different clauses to use to improve our chances of having the offer accepted, while also making us feel confident of our purchase.

Anne is well connected in the Charlotte area. She knows many of the realtors we interacted with as well as owners of the homes we offered to buy! She has a crew of EXCELLENT inspectors for the home, of whom helped us dodge several bullets while closing on the home of our dreams. I highly recommend Anne. I was also remote during much of this process working on my physical rehabilitation and recovery and relocation across the country to the West Coast during the Holiday Season. There was more than one time that I was ready to throw in the towel and give up and she was always able to make the most of it all.
