Annette Judd

Annette Judd is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, and served as an Air Traffic Controller in the United States Air Force for five years in California. During her service, she also served on the Honor Guard, providing military honors for fallen veterans and representing the Air Force in color guard assignments—experiences that shaped her lifelong commitment to service, precision, and compassion.

Annette is happily married to Ryan Judd, and together they have seven children and a lovable labradoodle, Loki. She loves caring for her home and family, and her strong roots in service naturally extend into her career and community leadership.

Since 2014, Annette has been helping home buyers and sellers across Northern Utah, building a real estate business centered on personal service and compassionate communication. Her clients know her for her steady guidance, clear communication, and ability to navigate sensitive situations with care—qualities that have contributed to many successful outcomes.

In addition to real estate, Annette was recently elected to a four-year term on the West Point City Council, where she is committed to thoughtful community growth and transparent decision-making.

At the heart of Annette’s work is a larger mission: her “why.” She is passionate about creating a nonprofit that provides stable, long-term housing for women transitioning out of domestic violence situations—helping them rebuild their lives with dignity, stability, and support. This purpose fuels her drive to serve more families, strengthen her community, and build partnerships that make a lasting difference.
