In 1988 Annie honed her skills in real estate investment, development, financing, sales, and marketing. Holding licenses as a General Building Contractor (B), C-51 Structure Steel CA Certification, and specialty trade licenses, she successfully managed and built numerous projects in the Greater Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley regions. Annie also played a key role in managing the construction of over 200+ homes.
A dedicated UCLA Bruin and a proud USC and UCLA Mom, Annie earned her degree in Business Economics from UCLA. Annie is happily married with two children. Currently residing in Beverly Hills. She is fluent in English, Taiwanese, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She enjoys reading, ballroom dancing and golfing.
