Anny Yau

Anny Yau is the co-founding partner of BC Realty Group LLC, a residential and commercial brokerage firm focused in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn.

Anny takes great pride in having an impact in clients' lives using customize sales and marketing analysis strategies to ensure they achieve the best return on investment.

Originally born and raised in New York City with a bi-lingual background in Mandarin and Cantonese, Anny has an understanding of multiculturalism where she uses her communication skills to provide excellent services to clients locally and internationally for investment properties and primary homes.

Prior to forming BC Realty Group LLC, Anny focused on property management where she spent many years of extensive experience helping owners protect their properties and investments with complying to the New York housing laws. Her ease with real estate property management enables creative ways to facilitate sellers and buyers with bringing a transaction to close even if involving complex moving parts.

Anny is motivated to run the marathon one day so she has started to train for the 5k and 10k races as she works up to marathon levels. She enjoys traveling, playing tennis, working out, kickboxing and many outdoor activities.
