Buying and selling a home can be a stressful process. When my wife and I started looking and potentially thinking of selling our home, we had no idea what to do, nor what to expect. I then made an online inquiry and Anthony Burrus contacted us which seemed like within minutes. My first impression of Anthony, was that he is very professional and wonderfully easy to talk with. When he started showing us homes around the areas that we were looking, I noticed that he took the time to get to know not only what we were looking for, but really wanted to know down to the last detail of what we wanted in our dream home. Then as he took us from home to home he made it very clear that he was their to help and support us making the best decision possible. In fact he even pointed out specific things in each home that not only helped us with our decision, but ultimately lead us to our dream home. I will admit, that I do get upset from time to time when confronted with things that I feel are troubling. However the empathy and ability to calm me down and the reassurance that Anthony displayed are by far some of the best people skills that I have ever seen. I mean it, his empathy and understanding demeanor were an A+. If your like me and can get upset about things that you don't understand, Anthony is the person for you. He made it a point to let me know that what I was feeling is normal, and that he promised to take care of all my concerns, and you know what, HE DID, every single one of them. Anthony made our buying of our new home a seamless and very enjoyable process. One other thing that is extremely important to me is attentive and promptness. Each and every time that I called/texted or emailed Anthony he either picked up the phone, texted me back in minutes or emailed back me within a few hrs. He even answered his calls and texts while he was on vacation. he really created a WOW factor with me. Honestly he made my wife and I feel like we were his only clients even though we know that he has multiple people just like us at any given time. I would highly recommend Anthony Burrus to all my friends and family, and for anyone reading this I hope this helps you choose him for all of your realtor needs as well. In addition Anthony did work around the clock with trying to sell our home. He made sure our home was viewed and had showings for our home almost daily. it only took a few months to finally get the offer that we were more than satisfied with. Anthony made sure we got the most for our home. I feel his negotiation skills were excellent and worked the deal so that our needs were met. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking to sell there home.
