Jane and Tony Cook can be trusted to provide professional, quality service in all real estate situations. Living out-of-town, I relied on them to handle a complex real estate transaction in The Woodlands. They did not put a foot wrong in my dealings with them, from my initial consultation with Jane, through Tony’s management of flood damage repairs, and the final sale. Tony kept me informed at every step of the process while he oversaw the contractors and sub-contractors who made the repairs and updates necessary to successfully market the home for sale. His estimates were fair and accurate: no cost over-runs, no delays, no surprises. His knowledge of the housing market guided the decisions about the updates and renovations that resulted in a quick sale at market value. This move became necessary when a family member had to leave her beloved home because of illness. In going through her papers I found a hand written note that read, in part, “Jane Cook was working for my builder when I bought my home [new] in 1986. She took me through the whole process.
