Very personalable, understanding, careing and genuine. As first time home buyers, they broke down and explained everything throughly step by step and at a steady pase. I highly recommend these two if you are first time home buyers and are not sure how the process goes. He also recommend our inspector and layer who were top notch as well. What can I say about Carmen and Tony other than they are amazing. My wife and I were talking about buying a home for a few years, but didn't know where to start. Carmen and Tony walked us through the whole process. Helped us figure out what our budget was and where to look. Even with a pandemic going on they were there for us. Tony was always available to show us homes. Carmen was always on top of us making sure we didn't feel overwhelmed. As of April 21th we closed on our first home. My wife and I absolutely love Carmen and Tony. I have already recommended them to all my friends and family. I recommend them everyone. You will definitely be in great hands.

Tony was very responsive and helped us find the house of our dreams, he followed up on all our questions and concerns, and he helped move the process along on a timely basis so we able to Close in a short time. Carmen and Tony provided great service to us in our house hunting as we kept changing neighborhoods and what we were looking for, they made a new plan each time and kept working with us as we came into town each weekend. All the way through to negotiating a great deal for us, we were very happy with their knowledge, professionalism, and quick response time. When working on transactions that involve this much money, you want a trusted partner who has done this a lot.

We wouldn't have our home if it weren't for Carmen and Tony. When our current home went on the market it was listed in the wrong zip code. Knowing this happens from time to time, they had already been watching other related zip codes and found this home for us when others couldn't. They know the North Park neighborhood probably better than any other realtor in the area, having had their kids at area schools and having participated as leaders in community organizations for many years. I trust them, and consider them not only realtors, but friends!

I can’t say enough about Tony and Carmen. They provided us with timely, quality counsel every step of the way. They thoroughly explained the selling process, provided advice on how best to present our house, worked tirelessly to stage it and marketed gorgeous quality photos! We were very fortunate to have worked with Carmen and Tony Real Estate Services to both purchase and sell our house in the North Park neighborhood. Both of them are strong advocates for the neighborhood and are well-connected to local businesses and within the community. The combined years of reality experience they have speak well for them and translates into a seamless process for both buyers and sellers. During our process with the Rodriguez', we were walked through the stages from preparing our home for the market to the end stage of closing. Carmen and Tony provide an invaluable service to their clients - they have that rare mix of the utmost professionalism and savvy while also being maybe the nicest people in Chicago.

I've worked with Tony and Carmen now on two sales and a purchase and have been repeatedly struck with how it's possible that any two people can be so good at so so many things. They're keen analysts of housing markets, extraordinary salesmen, great people people, and are kind, fun, and approach their work with some real old-timey integrity. Seriously, not a bit of that is hyperbole.

Buying a home and selling a home is a stressful and expensive endeavor and they take care of their clients in a way that makes the process feel rewarding and that shows up in real dollars in your pocket. I couldn't recommend Tony and Carmen more highly.
