Anton Roeger

Anton has been a licensed agent since 2001 and a top producer as well as investor in the Charleston, SC Keller Williams Market Center from 2004 to 2022 as well as stepping into vitals role in leadership. He is now with The Boulevard Company, a local Charleston favorite. He has sold close to 1,000 homes in his 22 year career with closing 65-75 homes in some years with operations manager assisting him so he can engaged fully with his clients for optimal service. His super power is knowing the market and even teaches classes on real estate market activity - past, present and future and developed software to accurately price a home.

He graduated from University of Texas at Austin with an engineering degree and worked for Ford Motor Company and Bosch and became a senior engineer after just 8 years. Anton started his career in real estate as a residential real estate investor first prior to obtaining his license. He has owned 65+ residential properties in the Mt Pleasant SC area over the past 20 years including land, spec building, renovate and flip, and long term rentals. He also has experience in commercial office investments.

The experience in Engineering and Real Estate helped Anton develop an analytical tool to value houses called APC which is currently being used by other agents to help with their business. The software was developed from an Excel worksheet that he had used for years in his business as he was frustrated with the lack of quality valuation tools available including the MLS CMA programs.
