I was initially going to sell by owner but quickly figured who needs the additional headache, and am I glad I did. I set out looking for a realtor who’d have my best interest at heart, but found too many wanted a large commission. Then I found Antonio and just knew, he’s from my hometown and has compassion and patience to beat the band, asks a fair commission and earns every cent. Mr. Brucato was a pleasure to do business with, he showed us as many homes as necessary without any hesitation. He asked what we were looking for, and looked for homes like if it was for himself. In doing this, he made sure all the homes had the features we liked, and he did a market analysis before looking at the homes to make sure the homes were priced correctly. I would definitely recommend Mr. Brucato as a realtor to any prospect buyer or seller.

I worked Antonio to quickly sell a home I had purchased for my father in Brandon, FL. After my father passed, we had a lot of work to do to clear out the property and prepare it for the sale. I lived across the country, so I could provide minimal help, and Antonio connected me with great local contractors. Antonio was patient, professional, and the best problem solver I've encountered in real estate. He was always on the ball - if he said he would be somewhere or do something, he followed through, even when I myself was hard to reach and busy with other things, and when other realtors flaked out. He navigated tricky issues with the buyer's financing and inspections and the fact that I was traveling during the closing. He was well informed, and caught issues that another realtor had missed when I bought the home, like an unpaid property bill by the previous owner. Overall, I can safely say that Antonio was the smartest realtor I've worked with after a dozen real estate transactions in six states in the US and Canada. I'd work with him again in a heartbeat, and recommend him highly and without reservations.
