April is truly the best! My husband and I are a military family and have been looking at buying a home in West Virginia for our next duty station… she has been a godsend! We currently live in a different state but April has done everything in her power to make the entire process as seamless as possible. She virtually walks us through every home, is our extra set of eyes and points out things we can’t see through the phone and ALWAYS has our best interests at heart (even when it’s hard to to hear).
As first time homebuyers who are in a very unique situation we couldn’t have asked for anyone better!

Words cannot express how thankful I am to have found April Leonard. After making 5 calls to real estate companies in the area, no one called me back or cared that I was a buyers lead. After a search, I found April and she immediately picked up the call and went to work for us. April is beyond knowledgeable of the area (WV, VA, and PA), as well as the various companies/people we needed to work with in order to get our dream house. The buying transaction was less than desirable due to the way in which needed to purchase, however April went above and beyond to ensure we as the buyers did not feel any strain as we worked through a difficult sales process. April works harder than anyone I have seen in the industry (really she works harder than most people period), and every person we met along the buying path said the same about her. She is who you want--don't even look anywhere else. Best part, we were moving from another state, and she took the time to preview houses for us as well as handle tasks outside of her realm of duty to ensure we had an easy moving/buying experience. I would recommend her to anyone, and we will exclusively be using her for any future purchases.

Calling April a blessing is an understatement.
We were at the end of our contract (and patience)
with another realtor. I had posted in a Facebook group asking for recommendations. Multiple people recommended April, but we were not hopeful after being left jaded by the original realtor. Thankfully, April paid attention to the tagged posts and she did some homework. That afternoon she happened to drive by, leading her to stop and meet my husband. After talking for a while we decided going with April would be best, and it was. Not only did April get us over 45% higher sell than the previous person was trying, but April was helpful, kept us informed during the whole process, listened to us, and worked for us to get our house sold quickly. We couldn't be happier having used April to sell our house.

April is honestly the best realtor I have ever come across. She is not looking to sell you a home. She is looking to understand you and know what you want as a buyer.

Recently we had a showing and the spouse and I were ready to pull the trigger. As soon as we saw the home in question, we saw what the pictures didn't show. April saw that as well. (Just outside appearance.)

Walking up the the front door, she said, "It's not even worth going inside." (We didn't even go inside)

What realtor would walk away from a possible sale? What realtor would turn down money for personal gain? April will.

April will not lead you in a bad direction. She is not in it for the money. She is here for you and everything in your best interest. She has knowledge almost like she was a home inspector.

We decided to go with a new build. Even so, she is still putting up a fight making sure everything is the way it should be.

Go with April, I promise you will not be disappointed.

After a bad experience with a realtor, never called or text back after a week of trying to contact him, I called April. She immediately had showings booked for the next day. She always showed up a few minutes before we got to a house to do a walk through before we got there and would show us things she noticed throughout the home.
