About April

I got my Real Estate license originally in California in 1986. I was born a raised there where I had a magical childhood filled with adventures on horseback.
After getting my license then working new home sales I married my Navy Officer husband and began a series of 19 moves, been there done that!
I worked in Real Estate until my second child was born them moved to Japan and then stayed home with them while they were young. All the while I kept up to speed in the markets and worked part time consulting for sales and property management.
Once we settled in Virginia Beach I began my fulltime all in career in Resale and Property Management. I have received the Circle of Excellence award every year.
I know my success is due to my outstanding clients and that my success is dependent on serving them well.

April has helped us purchase two homes and each time she has gone above and beyond my expectations. She really gets to know what YOU want, sure she asks questions but she also picks up on comments of things you don't like. She showed us what we thought we wanted from Norfolk duplexes to beach condo's all the while helping us understand what would truly suit us and then found the perfect property. I don't look at April as a realtor that helps you buy and sell houses, she is in the business of making relationships and at that she is a superstar!!
