Words cannot express the value of having April Wells as my realtor, in the process of selling my home.
April is professional and confident, she was sure-footed with handling my every doubt and was able to provide comfort for my hesitations.
Obviously, selling real estate can be evaluated monetarily and my expectations was exceeded! I feel as if Ms. Wells went above and beyond on my behalf, she was motivated by negotiating in my best interest. I debated with selling to an Internet Buyer and I would have lost so much money by doing so.
Moving is an overwhelming task and April provided necessary essential steps and guidance for keeping the process running smoothly.
I talked to a variety of 5 realtors prior to deciding April was the best fit. Her positive personality stood out. I would absolutely, 100% recommend April Wells.
