Born and raised in Tehran, Iran, Araks understands the importance of family and culture;which, she has carried with her to the wonderful city of Los Angeles when she moved here in the 1980’s. She has represented homeowners and future homeowners in Los Angeles for more than thirty years, specializing in the cities of Glendale, Tujunga, La Crescenta, Shadow Hills, Burbank, La Canada, North Hollywood and Sun Valley. Araks attributes her love and success in real estate to her previous job working as a salesperson in the garment district in Downtown LA, where she truly understood how to work with different types of people. After that, she decided to work for her family business in real estate which she later left to work for Coldwell Banker and later Century 21. Her past experiences and enthusiastic nature is what helps her find her clients the perfect houses to match each person’s unique taste.
As an athlete and a very connected community member within the Glendale community, Araks has donated much of her time volunteering at the local schools, especially to aid the sports teams of Glendale Homenetmen Ararat Chapter, Chamlian Armenian School, and Glendale High School , where both of her daughters were prominent members of these teams. Through these exciting sport events and gathering Araks has made lifelong connections, enhancing her client dedication and insuring that all her clients satisfactions are repeated and referred. She loves her work and loves the clients she meets everyday, who eventually turn into her lifelong friends.
