Ardee Imerman

Ardee’s entrepreneurial spirit has been an integral part of her life choices, and why real estate has been one of her greatest passions for more than 20 years. She loves making strong, genuine connections with people, and solving unexpected hurdles with creativity and ingenuity.

Ardee found meaning and purpose in her non-profit work with companies such as Special Transit (now Via), Hospice of Boulder County (now TRU) and the WAT Shop (Boulder County Mental Health) working with special needs adults. Once she became a mom, she supported and volunteered in the local schools, focusing on math tutoring, Odyssey of the Mind, and Boulder High PAC. She also facilitated a book club at the Boulder County Jail. Volunteering is still essential to her day-to-day life and her commitments to working with Jewish Family Service, the Boulder JCC and Congregation Har HaShem, are just a few things you can find her doing during her free time.

Today, Ardee’s real estate career is still her primary focus with professionalism and fun at the forefront of her business model. As a full-time agent, she knows the market and am responsive to both her clients and brokers/industry professionals. She has closed well over $200,000,000 in real estate transactions, all of which involved personal referrals and past clients. Her clients trust her to not only sell them a house or help them buy one time, but repeatedly. Ardee would not have it any other way!
