We originally were working with another agent until they dropped the ball on a few houses we wanted to put offers in on. We then switched to Areatha, explained our situation and the time crunch we were in (we had to find a house and close in 45 days or be stuck with our rent doubling). She heard us loud and clear and helped us locate and complete the purchase on our first home with time to spare. It was a smooth process and we never had issues getting in contact with Areatha like we did with the original agent. We will definitely be working with Areatha again in the future and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase.

I worked with Areatha on the purchase of my very first property. I was very nervous, and initially confused, by the intricacies of the process but her calm demeanor and positive energy reassured me I was in good hands. She was extremely knowledgeable and made herself available to provide timely responses to all of my questions and concerns. We closed in 30 days and nothing fell through the cracks.
