Aric Martinez

Aric Martinez is originally from California but came to Virginia Beach with the US Navy in 1996. After getting out in 2005 after 10 years of service, he became a mortgage loan officer. After the market crash of 2008, he flipped houses for a couple of years before getting my real estate license in 2011. He has been with Creed Realty since 2014, and it is the best business decision he has ever made. He has been a Circle of Excellence Winner each year with the company, and in 2019 he won the Platinum Award putting him in the top 3% of Realtors for Hampton Roads. He loves working with clients and considers himself a student of the industry because he is always seeking new information. He is frequently asked to teach classes about the industry and am heavily involved with the Realtor Association helping to fight for homeowner rights. He loves this community while giving back in any way he can through involvement with multiple local charities. He lives with his beautiful wife, and 4 amazing kids in the northern part of Virginia Beach in a locals' favorite neighborhood called Chic's Beach.
