Arik was a fantastic agent to work with, he successfully managed every hurtle or hick-up that came our way throughout the purchase of our home. We got excellent seller credits, closing paid for by seller, closed fast, and he even managed to make sure we could complete our closing while on our Hawaiian vacation! All of this was made possible through Arik with his excellent contacts in the business. Not to mention his high level of integrity and excellent communication with us. we felt valued and we completely trust him and couldn't be more pleased with his service and our new home!
