As first time buyers, my partner and I were incredibly anxious in how to proceed with looking for our home. Arlene was incredible in being patient with us in navigating something very new, sharing her expertise, exploring local options, and negotiating with the sellers. We ran into a few bumps (unrelated to her services) along the way in which she was quick to help us squash any difficulties and support us emotionally. I would strongly advise anyone that is looking to sell or buy a home to work with her. She is prompt to get the process moving and provides you with an understanding space to stay relaxed along the way.

Working with Arlene has been wonderful. She was very professional, had a systematic way of working that we did not feel lost in the process. After discussing what we wanted in a home, she understood what we wanted clearly and found us the home we ended up buying

During the purchase process, she was available for questions, used her expertise to point out what was normal in this process and what was not, she stood up for us when needed, made sure we are protected and advocated for us.
