Arlene Lafferty

Arlene was born in Brooklyn, New York, graduated from Douglass College, Rutgers University in 1964 with a B.A. degree in Sociology. She received her teaching credential through UCLA and taught in South Central Los Angeles for eight years. Committed to making a difference in her teaching and need to be constantly challenged, her specialty was motivating disadvantaged children to want to have the language, reading, and math skills to better themselves. She has been a REALTOR® and investor of real estate since 1979. She received her MBA from Pepperdine University in 1984. She enjoys building long term relationships, by guiding her clients to make sound, intelligent decisions based on stats and logic, using many of the business approaches and strategies she learned from experience and from her graduate work.
