He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in management from CSUN in 1982 and earned his MBA degree from USC (University of Southern California) in 1993 with emphasis on Real Estate development. Armen is Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certified.

Armen earned his Real Estate Broker License in 1986. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors & Southland Association of Realtors.
