OMG! I'm in love with our new place! Armie made it happen for my family. This is our 2nd home with Armie. Our first one was while we were still in Arizona and she did it all from meeting with the seller's agent to viewing the house and inspection while we were on facetime with her. I cant explain how much fun I had when searching for my new home with Armie. She is super flexible friendly and open for clients best intrest. Clarity at it's best and always giving options and making sure I get what I'm satisfied, the value for money. She put herself in buyer shoes and anything that she wouldn't have accepted she made sure I understood the underlying issue. She was never pushy just to get her percentage. She offered even to pay for second inspection cost if I didn't like the outcome of my home! That's something you dont get often. Communication and Paperwork was super expedited and as soon as we got what we were looking for, our offer was accepted promptly because she is very experience with the competitive market, supply and demand curve.
