Arthur Mangassarian

With over Forty-Two years of experience in the real estate industry, Arthur Mangassarian has built a reputation as a knowledgeable real estate professional. As a Broker’s Associate, Arthur has been specializing in residential and commercial real estate throughout Southern California with emphasis in the Glendale, Burbank, La Canada/Flintridge, La Crescenta, Pasadena, Sunland, and Tujunga areas.

During his extensive career in real estate, Arthur has consistently been a top multi-million-dollar producer in his field earning him top honors and ranking. He has earned the “Chairman’s Club” status with RE/MAX, the highest of all the levels within the RE/MAX organization, with sales volume of at least $50 million in any calendar year. He is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and has been acknowledged as one of the “Top 10 Commercial” Agents throughout several months within all the RE/MAX offices in California and Hawaii.

Arthur is a very active citizen and a community member within the City of Glendale. He is currently the Vice President of the Armenian American Chamber of Commerce, member of the Armenian American Real Estate Association, and a commissioner of the Alex Theater Regional Board. He has also served as Board of Director for the Glendale Association of Realtors. In June of 2004, Arthur’s hard work and community service earned him the Character and Ethics Award from the County of Los Angeles and the City of Glendale. With this prestigious award, he was presented with several corresponding awards. Congressman Adam Schiff presented Arthur with a Special Congressional Recognition Award for outstanding and invaluable service to the community. Mayor Bob Yousefian presented Arthur with a Mayor’s Commendation award for outstanding professional and personal commitment to the community. State Senator Jack Scott honored Arthur with the California State Senate Certificate of Recognition for demonstrating honorable character and impeccable business ethics to the Glendale Community.
