Before I listed my house with Arynne I asked for a couple of recent references I could call because I had already gone through multiple realtors trying to find someone I thought would be good. Her references didn't just recommend, but they couldn't stop raving about Arynne's work for them. Arynne had bought or sold houses for about everyone in one of the families I called. I believe she just outworks everyone else in the business. She came to our very first meeting having already done a ton of work on the valuation of my house and her plans for marketing it--completely unlike any of the other highly recommended realtors I met with. I know she had other listings, but you couldn't tell. She was always immediately responsive and she always did exactly what she said she would. My staging company recommended Arynne to me because she had sold other houses they staged and they were sure I would like her. She sold my house in a week and we had several offers.

Arynne did a fantastic job as my real estate agent for a condo sale. She had helped us buy in the past, and I had great experiences then. Some sites like Redfin offer discounts but do less work. Arynne's biggest value in handling/overcoming all challenges that come up. This time was no different. Condo selling in COVID is tough, but she managed to do it in 3 days. It was such a relief as other condos had sat for months in my same building. Her knowledge of handymen, painters, cleaners, stagers, it was incredible how seemles the process went.

We ended up getting more than asking price. She also communicated throughout the process so that I understood when the offer(s) came in, material differences, and what she recommended. If you want someone who's knowledgeable, can move the process fast, and get you over asking price, that's Arynne.

I was working with an unresponsive agent, and my supervisor recommended I work with Arynne as he had a great experience with her a few months prior buying his first home. I was at first hesitant because sometimes realtors relax on referrals from other clients, that's what happened in my previous experience, though Arynne treated me like I was buying a million dollar home. I specifically like how knowledgeable Arynne is and how she treats all her clients the same no matter the cost of the house you're buying. She is extremely responsive, and gives multiple solutions for each situation presented. I have already and would not hesitate to recommend Arynne to others because of the aforementioned.

I am thankful to call Arynne not only my realtor, but also my friend! So having her by my side through the stressful process of selling my home and purchasing a new one was a blessing, and helped keep me calm and at ease when my natural instinct was to freak out. I warned Arynne that I would need a lot of hand holding along the way, and she came through whenever I needed her. She talked me down from the ledge several times. She was there to answer all of my questions and was always patient in explaining how various parts of the process work. In this brutal market for buyers, she negotiated to get my offer accepted on my new home over multiple other offers, and she got me an amazing offer on the sale of my house - well over list price! In addition to being a savvy realtor, Arynne cares about the happiness of her clients - not just the transactions they represent. And that, my friends, is the sweetest icing on this delicious cake!

Arynne is a very diligent and superb agent. Arynne helped me buy my first home in DC. She helped me navigate multiple and escalated offers (it was a seller's market). She also has a great network of real estate professionals, including lenders, title companies, and inspectors. She connected me with a settlement company and a great lender (which offered me the best terms out of the 9 lenders I had applied to....I am one of those people who love to research :) ). Arynne was great at offering solutions and workaround whenever we came across hurdles during the home buying process. She kept me well informed and communicated with me in a timely manner. She also puts relations above sales. She stirred me away from a home I had initially planned to put up an offer on after she learned that the developer was tied up in several litigations owing to the poor qualities of his homes. I highly recommend Arynne; it was a pleasure working with her.

Thanks to Arynne, I bought my first home, with all my must-haves, at my target price.

I loved working with Arynne. I choose to work with her for her approach in home buying and amazing reviews. My biggest concern when working with a realtor was that I was just a transaction. I never had that feeling with Arynne and her team. Arynne holistic approach was exactly what I needed as a first time homebuyer. She not only was available to answer all my questions but also had some handy tools that helped me think if what was important for me in a home. Her experience and the network that she has built has made my first home buying experience, amazing. In this current seller’s market I was worried that I was not going to find something I could afford. However, when I found a home I liked, Arynne walked me through all the steps from putting in an offer that I was comfortable with, to the day of closing. I sometime am still trying to wrap my head around that I have bought the perfect house for me to call home. If you are looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend that you work Arynne and her team.

I met Arynne doing some community work and was impressed with her organization, quick mind, and people skills. What I hoped for in an agent was someone who was an expert in their field with attention to detail and broad industry insights - someone I could rely upon and trust. I don't build trust easily and my expectations are incredibly high. I was prepared to be handled adequately by Arynne, but not prepared to be as impressed as I was. Arynne is incredibly knowledgeable about her market and trade, she is strategic, thorough, responsive, honest, thoughtful, professional, and patient. She became a trusted adviser and I would recommend her without reservation to anyone in the DMV. Thanks to Arynne, I got *exactly* the house I wanted, in the neighborhood I wanted, on the terms I wanted. Arynne *never* wasted my time. Arynne was the perfect agent to work with. I got her recommended through a friend who previously had bought a condo with Arynne’s help. Being a first time home buyer, I was slightly anxious about the whole process, but through my interactions with Arynne I felt immediately more relaxed and confident. I really appreciated her positive, welcoming, open and straight-forward character. She is also one of the most responsive people I know. I think the fact that she is very organized and efficient made it possible for me to buy the condo, that I really wanted.
