Honestly I don't know what we would've done without Asad. My brother and I were living in West Los Angeles and eager to move back to San Diego. Well, Asad made that happen for us! He found us the perfect place and the location we wanted to be in. My brother is a retired disabled Navy Vet and has special needs for his wheelchair access and needs plenty of accessibility within the home. We definitely put Asad to the test with all of the ADA requirements for each home that we would look at. He went ABOVE & BEYOND for us! In our past experiences, we've NEVER had any Realtor go the DISTANCE that Asad has for us.

Asad is very Professional, Knowledgeable, Thorough & Friendly! He has the most POSITIVE energy with the greatest SMILE! 😁Anytime we reached out to him about anything, he would get back to us in a great timely manner answering all of our questions each time. He literally was our legs in San Diego when we were unable to make the trip down from L.A. He made it as if we were there walking through some of the places with him at times. Asad did whatever he could to make our home buying process as easy as possible, from looking at homes to final inspection & close of escrow.

We will definitely be recommending Asad to anyone we know who is in the market to buy or sell !!

If your looking for an agent who is responds quick, is a great mentor not looking to just sell you out, and is on top of everything, Asad is the guy you are looking for. He gives the best advice and is highly knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. Definitely Recommend!
