Amazing realtor that became my friend through the process of buying a home. Ashley listened to my families needs and wants. In a competitive market, she guided us and helped us find the right home for our family. She went above and beyond to meet with us when we were in town (we were moving from out of town). She also helped us find a short term rental while we were waiting to move into the house we bought. She is well connected and very knowledgeable of the market. We will definitely use her if we ever move again!

Ashley Barrett has been our realtor for the last year. We started out looking for a new home and she has guided us through that process allowing us space and time as new opportunities present themselves, but never pushing-just making herself available when we need her. She helped us with the purchase of two condos making certain we knew what the restrictions and allowances were involved and answering all of our questions as we went through the process. She’s always willing to show us things we see and make recommendations on things that come open in a quick manner in this strange Covid marketplace.
