Ashley Brandt is hands-down the most professional, proactive, knowledgeable, and personable realtor I have ever met. I am a seasoned home buyer and real estate investor, and the quality of work Ashley put into my residential transaction is industry-leading. She worked with my family remotely to find a home with over 15 requirements in an ultra-hot Columbus market, with a quick time-line. Ashley went above and beyond thru-out the process, including bi-weekly follow-ups, pursuing off market listings, and even leveraged time-intensive door-knocking and direct mail marketing techniques to find us a home. We had a lot of factors working against us, from being out of state thru-out the buying process, to using conventional financing with no money down, and Ashley shored up all of our drawbacks with sheer work-ethic and skill.
