Ashley Guardino

Ashley was born and raised here in Santa Clarita and went to elementary, junior high, and high school right here in town. She has a background in title and has been in the real estate community since 2001. Ashley is married with two school-age children. She stays very involved with volunteer work with the kid’s schools and she volunteers for the Senior Center and Single Mother’s Outreach.

Ashley is often the spokesperson on videos about what’s new in town or in business. Ashley loves the Santa Clarita Valley and that is why she has lived here for over 30 years.
