As a Branch Vice President at Coldwell Banker, Ashley Hess is focused on delivering exceptional assistance to her office’s 50+ sales agents. She collaboratively helps them build their businesses and educates them on how to serve their clients at the highest level through business planning and professional development.
Ashley’s hands-on management approach encompasses all facets of the industry, and enlightens agents on what it takes to excel in real estate today. She draws on her 15+ years of experience in the industry, and expertise in sales, relocation, business development, lead generation, marketing, training and technology to help them reach new heights of success.
Inspired by her accomplished mother, a licensed Realtor since 1986, Ashley ultimately decided that she too wanted to help people with the biggest purchase of their life. Her work in brokerage ultimately turned into management. She finds it extremely rewarding to coach and mentor agents towards their greater goals as well as on properly guiding clients through the often-emotional real estate process.
Originally from Essex, Maryland, Ashley currently lives in Churchville with her husband Tim, an environmental scientist in Baltimore, and her young son, Christian. She holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Notre Dame of Maryland University, where she played collegiate volleyball.
