Ashley Jamieson

Ashley moved to Austin to attend UT in the fall of 1996. She remembers being incredibly happy, even though she had no friends yet. She knew a large part of that was this town, its people…and breakfast tacos.

After graduating, Ashley joined a global consulting firm, conducting market research and crafting marketing strategies for large regional and multi-national companies. Later she joined a boutique advertising agency, juggling a variety of roles before returning to marketing at a residential services company for luxury properties and the families that live in them.

Ashley and her husband, Jeff, designed and built their house in the early 2000s, when it was much easier to do. Jeff eventually left his corporate job to join JB Neale of J Byron Homes to pursue his passion of residential construction. This gives Ashley a strong knowledge of the building and renovating process to share with her clients.

Pairing her passion for houses and land with her marketing background, Ashley creates and executes nimble marketing plans that turn a well-loved home or investment property into a highly desired product. She is an expert at preparing a property for market. She often wears the hat of General Contractor on behalf of her clients, doing what is needed to get a property in its best shape possible. Because she works with both Buyers and Sellers, she is also an extremely effective negotiator.

Ashley knows our homes are often our largest investments and believes they should be a huge source of happiness as well. It is her sincere passion to help others find their happiness in Austin or help them take a step on their next journey to find happiness.

Ashley and Jeff have two daughters, Kate, and Liv. They love finding hidden trails in the hills, enjoying all of Austin's fabulous food, playing pickle ball with friends and catching some live music. They love to be on Lake Austin when it is warm. And most years they commit themselves to three days of music, crowds, and sometimes mud at ACL Fest. This amazing place is their home, and she is eager to help make it yours!
