Ashley has always been so amazing. She helped us find our first house in 2020 and is so knowledgeable and always available to answer the thousand questions we had! She just helped us sell our house ( under contract 3 days after listing!!!) and helped us find our new home. She is quick to schedule showings and, again, always available for our many questions!! She’s professional, knowledgeable, has great communication, prompt, trustworthy, and truly cares about those that she works with. I can’t say enough great things about her!!!

Ashley was great! From the very first meeting she was professional and personable. We liked her immediately. Selling your home can be an anxious experience, but she helps you thru every step of the way.
She made the entire process move quickly and final sale completed with a great offer. In addition, she was able to refer us to another great realtor in the state we we relocated.

There are a lot of options out there if you are looking for a realtor. And a bunch of them will feed you a lot of BS and things they think you want to hear, seeming helpful at first...but later on after you've bought your house, you realize you really needed someone who would give you the straight talk, and now you're not happy and it's much too late.

If you want a partner in home buying or selling that will tell you what you need to know, both good and bad, and keep you from making a purchase or sale you'll regret, then you need Ashley. Her refreshing, no nonsense approach means you have information and communication you can trust. She'll tell you if you're in over your head, looking at the world with rose colored glasses, or missing out on a gem that is the perfect fit, maybe after a little paint.

In our current cutthroat realty market, it's easy to be fooled into using a realtor that can get you fast results instead of the home that's right for you. Don't be fooled, get real with Ashley!

Working with Ashley was the best decision my wife and I made while moving out here. She was extremely helpful and while we were buying from out of state, very descriptive and honest about the area and homes we were looking at. She was always responsive and patient while my wife and I asked her a plethora of first time home buyer questions. Even with all the questions she never made us feel as if we were being an inconvenience or that we should know the answers to the questions asked. She helped us find the perfect house for us that we could afford and thoroughly helped us every step of the way. I can’t say enough great things about Ashley and how thankful we are for her help with finding our home. I can safely say that when it comes time to sell and buy another house there is no doubt we will do whatever it takes to work with her again!

We recently bought our first home and do not know what we would have done without Ashley. We decided to go new build and were unsure if a realtor was actually necessary in our situation. However, things don’t always go to plan and it was invaluable to have Ashley on our team to go to bat for us whenever issues came up with the builder. She was also an incredible sounding board and helped mentor us through this totally new experience. I’ve been in banking for almost 15 years now, I have met thousands of professionals and I would say Ashley is as good if not better then everyone. She sets a standard very few even know exists. She provides a level of comfort and security that can’t be matched. No matter what you are going through she will figure out the best possible scenario for you with making sure there is plan B, C and D to fall back on. I went through the hardest transition of my life, Ashley did everything humanly possible to make sure I not only sold my home but bought a new one that hit almost every single item on my wishlist. If you are looking for a realtor I would say you have found THE ONE. No need to look anymore, you can take a deep breath and know the stress of not knowing who or where to go to is over. Ashley is truly an elite realtor. I didn't know that was a thing until I worked with her. In an overcrowded marketplace of realtors, she really does stand out and shine - a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

Incredible attention to detail when selling and she was genuinely passionate about helping me find the perfect new home. I'm not sure I've ever witnessed the level of patience and calming aura that Ashley brings to the table during the inevitable bumps in the road when trying to coordinate a buy/sell.

She's very intelligent, knowledgeable, selfless, kind, perceptive, empathetic, no nonsense, funny, and has a little swagger which is perfect for her role. Went to bat for me on multiple occasions, doesn't miss beat, well-organized and just a delightful well-rounded person.

My father-in-law passed unexpectedly last September. Leaving my wife's childhood home that needed a lot of work. We remodeled the property and worked with Ashley to sell. We could not have been more pleased! She is a pleasure to work with and she is extremely good at what she does! We had multiple offers with in a couple days. She helped guide us when deciding which offer was actually the best offer and we closed for well over asking! Ashley provides service beyond compare-as out-of-staters moving to CO, she set up searches that matched our needs and would go visit the homes we liked to take video as she walked through; we were then able to chat with her about the homes. She blocked out a full week for us to tour homes the first week we arrived. Throughout the contract to closing period she kept us well informed and provided insight to the process. She’s very personable and easy to like- definitely will call on her again for any future real estate needs.

Ashley Ruh absolutely knocked it out of the park for me in Denver. I live out of state and needed turn-key assistance in selling my house that had been rented out for more than 10 years. The house was in pretty rough shape but Ashley was incredibly helpful in lining up all the necessary resources to quickly get the house on the market after it became vacant. She went way above the call of duty in this regard and helped me deal with all sorts of challenges that could have really derailed the process given that I was over 1,000 miles away. Ashely is amazing to say the least! We worked a terrible, terrible realtor before her. The previous realtor was out for herself, showing us only properties at the top of our price range, couldn't meet on weekends, didn't like calls after 3pm etc ... and after working with Ashley, it was an amazing feeling to know we had someone working for us!
