Regardless if you are buying in a new neighborhood, selling that home you have outgrown, PCS’ing from across the country, looking for an investment property downtown or want to build; I will oversee every detail in the process and guide you step by step until you reach your goal. My design skills and creative thinking can help you transform that ordinary house into the place you are excited to call home. I treat every home as if it’s mine, even though I promise I won’t move in after closing. Little-known fact
My husband and I bought a rundown 1939 farmhouse with land on the north end of town. It sat on the market for years since it ultimately should have been bulldozed. Instead, we took it down to the studs while living in it with our then 3 boys plus all the raccoons in the attic. After years of renovations done mainly ourselves, we can finally appreciate all the years of utter chaos. Oh, and I grew up in Orange County, California and relocated here after college because we could get granite in a new build for $200K. Shhh - -that was a long time ago…
