Ashley Truitt

Ashley moved to Durango from Denton, TX and has been happy to call this her home since 2016 where shortly after she joined the Coldwell Banker team. As a child grew up in Cape Town, South Africa she then spent her teenage years and young adult life in Sydney, Australia. With a degree in Business and Marketing, she brings extensive international business experience to her real estate career.
Ashley has a keen appreciation for the real estate process and a passion for helping others find their primary or vacation home of their dreams. Her commitment and professionalism in going above and beyond for each of her clients has propelled her to become one of the top ten agents in the Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties Durango office, and in the top 7% of Coldwell Banker Agents worldwide.
Playing an active role in the community, Ashley sits on the Board of Directors for the Women's Resource Center and the Durango Area Association of Realtors, in addition to participating on several marketing and fundraising committees. Ashley was awarded the Coldwell Banker Distinctive Angel Award in 2021 for her fundraising and community efforts.
When not working with clients, Ashley enjoys all the fun seasonal activities that the Southwest has to offer, and spending time outdoors with her energetic dog, Cassidy, a Wire-Haired Pointing Griffon.
