Raised in the Lake Cumberland area by Donnie & Donna Foster who owned and operated a successful real estate company for over 30 years, she grew up immersed in the industry. From the age of five, she watched negotiations unfold at the kitchen table, listened to conversations about contracts and closings, and learned early on that real estate isn’t just about property — it’s about people, relationships, and trust.

Outside of real estate, Ashly is a devoted Christian, wife, and proud mother of three. She loves spending time on the lake with her family, going on adventures, and experiencing new places across Kentucky and beyond.
