Patient, persistent, and phenomenal! The headline only begins to describe Asia Stoddard and the positive journey that we traveled while selling our property. Our property was an empty shell being rebuilt on the inside. From the moment we began, Asia offered advice on adding value to the property from color choice, floor plans, and so much more. She assisted us in communicating with contractors, permitting offices, and the insurance company. Our journey lasted a little over 2 years and just when we thought our journey was ending and an offer was finally made on the property, more obstacles were presented. Asia stayed the course through patience and faith. She was knowledgeable, professional, communicative and ensured us that all was well. Asia is a phenomenal agent and goes above and beyond with her clients. This is a true testament to her character and experience as a realtor. You will not be disappointed!

Working with Asia has been a fun , learning and humbling experience .She was really patient and focused on our needs. She made sure we stayed on task to what we wanted and needed, according to our list. She is well educated in this business and today's market. I had many questions and ideas on how I thought ,we could "get our way". Asia answered , or found the answer to our questions. It was a pleasure working with Asia for two, back-to-back, transactions. Her experience, knowledge, and negotiating skills in the real estate market is top notch! Being a first time home buyer and deciding to Search for a home in the middle of the pandemic was a bit overwhelming, but once we reached out to Asia she alleviated some of that stress immediately. She really held our hand throughout the entire process and connected us to all the right people. Communication was great! She made sure my husband and I had a clear understanding about everything and what to look for when purchasing a home. She was on time for every appointment and went to WAR when we saw a home we loved. Over all great experience with Asia I would highly recommend her for anyone. My realtor for life.

Excellent customer service. Asia was very prompt , patient and helpful in helping me obtain my Comps I needed to make a sound decision for my property and in turn I was able to appeal my tax assessment using the comps provided which resulted in a reduction in my tax bill.

Saving money is key for me and with just this small step of appealing my tax assessment , it was major . Thanks Asia for always providing me with the needed information!
