Audra is a lifelong resident of Frederick, MD. She proudly raised her family here, and she loves helping home buyers and sellers here and in all of the neighboring counties of MD, PA, and WV where she is licensed. Along with the many years of residential home sales experience that Audra has, she also has years of experience working in new construction as a Sales & Marketing Representative. New construction has some nuances that differ from Buyer Representation. Audra is uniquely qualified to represent you whether you are looking at an existing home, or new construction.
