This might be a long review, because I have so much good to say about RAD Homes. I had been dreading putting up a property I owned for sale, because it was in a complex that is pretty distressed and I knew it would be a headache. In fact, I was a little embarrassed to even show the property to any realtor, but Aurelia is someone who had advertised in the community to pick up canned goods for the unhoused, and I reached out to her to pick up some food from me for that reason, so I thought, "she's compassionate." And I was right. Not only did she handle the specific "work arounds" of the HOA, but she was able to put my mind at ease about the process, land the exact right offer and run interference in a very touch-and-go negotiation. I love the fact that all of the documents are so easy to deal with and sign, even from my phone on the go, so we could move the process along quickly once it got going.

Having someone who you know is really on your side as the client is a huge relief. There are so many people out there looking to take advantage of every angle to make a quick buck, but Aurelia actually cares about YOU. There was one point in the process where I was stressed out about one of the many things that crop up and she actually called me back a few hours after dealing with it all to make sure I was ok. I mean, really? It's so nice for someone who does this all this time (her) to acknowledge that it's stressful for someone who doesn't sell properties all the time (me!).

Buying and selling property is one of the most stressful things a person can do, so you better choose wisely when entrusting someone to be at the helm of a huge life event like that. I'm so glad I went with my gut. It paid off, big time. Thanks, Aurelia. You're the best. Really.
