Austin Peterson

Austin Peterson has sold and been involved in numerous real estate transactions surpassing 100 units of purchases and sales within 5 years of being in the industry. He was influential in the due diligence and acquisition of some of the State’s largest shopping centers including The Streets at South Glenn, Cornerstar and others not in the state of Colorado. Austin also worked as a leasing agent for CB Richard Ellis on the commercial office side for a little over a year. Austin has been involved in 150 fix and flip projects as well as numerous ground up projects in the last 10 years. He currently holds an active Colorado Employing Brokers real estate license and his expertise on the numbers side of the business provides Apex with an intangible that numerous companies would love to acquire. Austin currently also manages all the acquisitions and sales of Apex’s properties on a day to day basis.
