Ays Iziken

I was born and raised in Astana, Kazakhstan where I worked with the Ministry of Defense for over 5 years before moving to Florida in 2017. My time with the Ministry of Defense provided me with valuable experience and skills in negotiating large and complicated contracts that I now use every day.

I attended Moscow State University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management. This has given me unique knowledge with regard to real estate environmental impact studies and evaluations as well as giving me a deeper understanding of the effects of drainage, land use, zoning, and other important issues that can impact land use and value.

I entered the Real Estate world in order to be my own boss, meet new people, help people accomplish all of their real estate goals, and tackle new challenges every day. I have gained a reputation for my knowledge, work ethic, and results and have never looked back.

I live in Miramar, Florida with my 6-year-old daughter. I spend my free time working out, drawing, decorating, dancing, meeting new people, and solving math problems.

I speak English, Russian and Kazakh languages.
