It was a pleasure working with. She far exceeded my expectations. In this very difficult market of rising interest rates, she sold my home far quicker than other homes in the market and got me my asking price. She worked incredibly hard and had open houses every weekend until the home sold. She regularly gave me updates. She had the home staged and really made it very appealing to buyers. She even put me in touch with a reasonably priced contractor that did some very beneficial touch ups to the home to increase sale value as well as oversaw some of the work as I was out of state. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER if you are selling your home. Other homes in my neighborhood are on the market longer and not sold yet and are forced to continually lower their price and yet she managed to get me my asking price. I am confident in saying that she will get your home sold faster and and at higher price than anyone else.

Bana is not only a great agent, she is also a great person and she will take care of you as if you were a long time friend. She was able to find us a property that we can call our home. She worked day and night to make sure we were able to find what we were looking for and she never stopped searching all over the cities. As new owner she made sure that we werent taken advantage of and all the documets were on track before singing anything. Bana practically walked us through every step of the way from the start to finish. We checked out more than 10 houses before settling down to the one, as Bana was patiently coached us through all the pros and cons of each of the candidates. Up to the days before escrow closing, she made sure all the docs from the lenders were in line. Her knowledge of the real estate, friendliness dedication are what set her apart from the rest.

She is diligent, detail-oriented, thorough and expedient in resolving pending matters. Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious.
