Barb Christensen

Barb was born and raised in Colorado where she graduated from Douglas County High School in Castle Rock, CO. She started horse training American Saddlebred horses with Christensen Family Stables. She met her husband, Kerry, in 1989 and became a bonus mom to his son and daughter. Barb and Kerry moved to Spokane in 1991, where she continued horse training and had two beautiful daughters, one happily married and the other graduating soon. Through the horse business, she forged a friendship with Bob and Corrine Tomlinson. Through this connection, she became a licensed realtor of Spokane and Idaho in 2002 with Tomlinson Black, which eventually became Coldwell Banker Tomlinson and has been with the same company since.

Barb Christensen enjoys helping people reach their goals and make their dreams become a reality. She takes pride in her service to you and takes working for you very seriously. Her philosophy is to help you get where you want to go on time, put you in the highest negotiating position, and manage your transactions as smooth as possible. Barb will provide you with a "truth based" analysis or consultation, so not to waste your time. It is this service-minded philosophy that sets Barb apart. She truly has care and concern for her customers and clients.

In her downtime, she can be found entertaining and cooking for friends and family in her backyard in the spring and summer time. She frequents Bottineau, ND with her family to enjoy fishing at their lake cabin. She continues her love of horses through owning two that graze her acreage. Although, she no longer trains horses, she cannot imagine her life without one.
