This was our first home buying experience ever. We did some research on our own but still had many questions & concerns. Barb & her team were very patient and informative. It took us awhile to find the right house for us that fit our many needs but we finally did and with the help of Barb & her team they worked out all the deals to make it happen a lot faster than we thought possible. They answered all of our questions, walked us through the whole process making sure everything was taken care of and got creative in thinking and working outside the box to make everything come together smoothly. We even received house warming gifts including a personalized blanket with our last name on it. These are the personal touches that puts Barb and her team above the rest. I would recommend them to anyone and I’m so grateful that we had them during and after the entire home buying process. Thanks again!

Barbara was in top of everything. When it came to a house we were interested in, she got us in to tour it right away and stayed in contact with the other realtor to check the status of our offer. We were able to put in an addendum to our offer at last minute that got us the home. The gift basket at move in was adorable 😊

If you’re looking to buy in this crazy market, you’re going to want Barb on your team. Despite the seemingly endless obstacles that accompany the buying process, she got me into the home that I wanted. She listened, assessed, and guided diligently. She walked me through the process while patiently answering my every question thoroughly. Simply put, she made it happen.

There’s no BS with Barb. She has the utmost respect for your time and truly wants what is best for you. It’s not transactional; she actually cares and it shows through her tireless effort.

My wife and I just closed on a new home. Working with Barb was a great experience for us. Her guidance was excellent, and follow through on the details was 'fast and just right'. During the offer process, she suggested several tactics we could employ to maximize our chance of getting our offer accepted, which we utilized, and ultimately, our offer was accepted from multiple offers. After the offer was accepted, Barb helped accelerate the inspection, arrange speedy financing, etc, providing us with helpful information along the way. As a result, we were able to close ahead of schedule, which exceeding our expectations. Throughout the process, I greatly appreciated her quick responsiveness to our many text, email, and phone questions. She was on top of things, and we felt cared for the entire time.

My wife and I will work with Barb again for our future real estate needs.... and, we highly recommend Barb to others
