I cannot say enough about Barbara. She treated us with such care and thoughtfulness, her experience and thoroughness helped us immeasurably. We worked with Barbara first when we bought our Brookline condo in 2010 and again when we sold that same condo last month. She was fantastic during both processes. In 2010, due to my husbands research abroad, we had to come in from out of the country and try to find a condo we liked in just a few days. Barbara tirelessly drove us around for two solid days - we saw AT LEAST 15 -20 places until we found our perfect fit.It was our first time buying and she guided us and held our hand thoughout the whole process. She made it easy. We just sold that same condo, and once again, we were out of the country for a lot of the process. Barbara once again went above and beyond. Her communication was always so prompt and so helpful. She recommended an excellent lawyer to handle the closing. Also, there were snafus with some condo association issues and without Barbara, they just wouldn't have been resolved as quickly as they were. I just don't know what we would have done without her. If you want someone on your side, use Barbara Favermann.

Barbara is the best of the best in real estate agents. She is responsive to emails and phone calls, sends the latest listings on the market early each morning, and is thorough about getting to know what one is looking for. A few times she recommended I see a property I wasn't inclined to, and each time she was right; it was of interest. She never pushed, was always so pleasant, and made her hard work look easy.
