It was a pleasure working with Barbara on the sale of our home, and will have her as our agent on the purchase of our new home as well. She is knowledgeable about areas/school districts and is easy to talk to and listened to our thoughts/input. What I most appreciate is her honesty, willingness to answer any questions we had and the fact that she kept us updated on what was going on and timing. We highly recommend Barbara!

I am so glad the bay area has realtors like Barbara. She is HONEST, direct and doesn't waste your time. She has tons of energy with no ego. She is extremely intelligent and has real estate experience statewide. She assisted and advised us this past year while we were looking for a new house in the Los Altos area and trying to sell our Mountain View place with a very flaky and dishonest realtor from another firm. She stepped in, was very professional and extremely responsive. Also a bonus. . . She grew up in this area and has so much knowledge that other realtors "learn on the job." She can guide you on topics of school districts, culture/entertainment and job commutes in addition, to staying abreast of the latest housing forecasts and trends. I highly recommend her!

We first met Barbara at a open house. She was very friendly, enthusiastic, and patient with answering all the questions both broad and the nitty gritty. Shortly after, our family asked her to be our agent. She was very diligent in researching listings that fit our needs. We spent quite weekends visiting different listings, Barbara would always be receptive to feedback. When we found THE house, she provided her honest assessment of the bidding situation and helped us come up the best strategy to get the house. She builds great rapport with the property management and helped us make the entire process less stressful. Our family are so grateful to have met Barbara. She truly is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.

It was really great to work with Barbara. She helped me through the whole buying process and gave extensive advice. As a first time buyer, I did learn a lot from her and it took me about only just a month to nail a new house. She was always nice and patient, and it was really pleasant to work with her. Would definitely recommend her for either buying or selling a house!!
