She was able to talk me off the ledge when things were stressful, because that is how selling and moving is all about. Always friendly and we could trust her with anything. Barb is on top of all the current polices/laws, practices, and trends/markets of real estate. She values your individual preferences and takes all of it into account on the house hunt. If their were 10 Stars available, my rating would be 10. I entered into the real estate agreement with Barbara and her organization as a result of several referrals. As most know, buying or selling a home can be an emotional event to say the least. In our unique case, we had the challenge of selling my elderly mom's home with children involved. After meeting mom she got a thumbs up. Barbera had laid out a professional game plan for the sale of the home which included comps, strategic pricing, and with a gentle nudge laid out an action plan on specific areas of improvements, enhancements, repairs and a staging strategy. As a result, moms home sold at full asking price without delay within 2-weeks. This entire event was managed with mom and I living remotely in California. I cannot say enough about Barbera's high level of professionalism, knowledge of the market, and ability to engage at an unexpected comfort level with diverse personalities. The entire experience was seemless and we are forever grateful.

Best agent hands down. Barb and Bill were there to answer all my crazy questions, handle repairmen, and just make my out of state move go as smoothly and swiftly as possible. Barb's knowledge helped me get through a wishy washy buyer and agent that are out there just wasting folks time. She immediately got my home back on the market with multiple full price offers the next day. She was there from putting a sign in my yard, attending inspections and appraisal, to the last minute when we closed.
