Barry Weller

Barry has spent 30 years in new home sales and management for local and national builders. His focus is on land, both agricultural and development parcels, as well as residential sellers and buyers. Barry has successfully marketed and sold thousands of homes with an overall market value in the hundreds of millions of dollars. His experience covers everything from condos to townhomes to luxury single family homes. He is especially adept at working with buyers who are looking to build new homes, either in a community or on their own land. His 30 years experience in the sales and marketing of new homes gives his clients an advantage in negotiating with builders. He has been honored with local, state and national awards for his expertise in sales, marketing and training.

Barry is also the principal of Barry Weller Real Estate Consulting which provides support to companies in the homebuilding and development industry. From sales training and on-site coaching to rental portfolio analysis to feasibility and market studies, we provide the knowledge, experience and dependability to help our clients achieve their goals.

He has been active throughout the years with local non-profits such as the Habitat for Humanity and the Frederick Rescue Mission. He served on the board and as president of the Religious Coalition for Emergency Needs. He lead the fundraising effort to build the Linton Emergency Shelter.

Barry is the proud father of two boys, ages 12 and 23. He is an avid outdoorsman, horseman and owner of two German Shorthaired Pointers , Memphis and Nadine.

Barry holds a degree in Business Management from Mount St. Mary's University, is a Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (M.I.R.M.), and holds CSP and GRI designations.
