We recently completed a complex transaction involving five parcels of land, an out-of-state trust, a bank that had foreclosed on one of the parcels and two seller’s agents. Had it not been for our buyer’s agent, Bart Jackson, this deal would not have closed. Bart’s appraisal background, discretion and honesty allowed us to negotiate with each party simultaneously and successfully. His knowledge and professionalism were unparalleled. We were completely new to town and had never bought a house before, so it felt a little like we were in over our heads. But Bart made sure we never felt like that. He showed us various properties across town, and tried to really discover what WE wanted not what he thought best. Even once we found the right house, through the process of closing, appraisal, loan, and everything else, we felt like Bart had our back on everything. He helped us by knowing the specifics of the town we bought (Mt Pleasant) which allowed us to save money. Bart was amazing and I already have recommended him to other people by word of mouth. I don't consider him an agent, I consider him a friend.
