About Baxter
He loves helping people. That is why he chose real estate as a profession, in order to help people with some of the biggest decisions and purchases in their lives. His intention is to help his clients to thrive. His vision and goals are to serve his clients beyond their expectations in hopes that they form a lifelong relationship, find homes that inspire joy, and build wealth in one of the best markets around.
He loves collaboration, so working with his amazing team as well as collaborating with his clients to achieve their long-term goals makes him jump out of bed in the morning. Baxter is inspired to go above and beyond for his clients, whether that be exhausting every angle to gain him the edge in a tough negotiation or coordinating large scale renovations to gain his seller the highest sale price possible. Baxter will always go the extra mile to achieve your dreams.
His work is reflected in his results. His team is consistently rated as one of the top teams in SF and in CA (WSJ). He brings exceptional advantages to his clients with access to his extensive network within the SF agent community. These relationships give him a leg up when it comes to both negotiating for his clients and being the first to know about off-market sales and pocket listings. Not to mention his nationwide network he employs in his “real estate matchmaking” service. He also has market tested processes in place for both buyers and sellers that ensure his clients' success in an exceptionally competitive market.
Lastly, a few other things about himself he feels worth mentioning. He loves San Francisco. He is originally from Boston, but his heart is now rooted in SF. His wife is a fourth generation San Franciscan, and his two kids are fifth generation. Giving back is a big part of his ethos. His wife and he founded a nonprofit that builds playgrounds and art curriculums for kids in underserved communities both locally and abroad. They have done projects in S. Africa, El Salvador, India, and right here in SF!
