Beatrice (Bea) Barnes is truly an exceptional Real Estate professional. I met Bea almost 10 years ago when I was in the process of selling my house due to relocation out of the state. Bea was amazing as that was the first time I went through the selling house process. She walked me through each step and when I decided to move back to Washington five years later, it was a no-brainer for me to want Bea to represent me as the buyer this time. I was concern if Bea would be able to represent me as I was looking for a house that wasn’t in the immediate area. Bea agreed to represent me even though it would require her to travel 3 hours each way for a total of 6 hours. As expected, Bea found me the perfect house and the process went smoothly.

Fast forward to 2023, I decided to relocate again and enlisted Bea as my realtor. Bea again agreed to represent me even with the 3 hours drive requirement. Bea has a wonderful commitment to her clients. She has always made herself available at all hours of the day. She would consistently send me updates. While on vacation, Bea would check in with me to make sure I was updated and to see if there was anything I needed.

I have always been impressed with her level of knowledge and her responsiveness. Bea is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. Bea is always professional and exhibits a cool and calm strategic mindset throughout the entire process. She is immensely patient and will always answer my endless questions. This helped to lessen my anxiety and emotional toll while buying a house in another state and also selling my home here in Washington. I have been truly blessed to have had Bea as my realtor three times.

If you are looking for a real estate agent for buying or selling a home, I would highly recommend Bea. Bea ‘s dedication to her clients is outstanding and her compassion and commitment to her clients are invaluable qualities to have.

I want to say that Bea, my house selling agent, was really awesome! She helped make everything easy and simple. Bea was extremely communicative, especially after we had moved out of state while the house was still on the market. I contacted Bea one afternoon for help with selling an estate property. From the moment I contacted Bea she was professional and told me she would help me get the estate property sold. In fact she promised me that she'd make a plan and get the property sold ASAP.
Bea looked at the Property within hours of me contacting her, and as promised came up with a plan to list the property ASAP. The house was listed a few days later. From start to finish of listing the property, selling, and closing the whole process was less than 3 weeks. But here is where I CAN NOT put into words how amazing Bea Barnes is…..The property was local to Bea in Lakewood, WA. I live on the coast in VA. Bea handled EVERYTHING and I did not have to travel, everything was taken care of as promised via phone, email, and electronic documents. Bea was available day and night to assist me with anything I needed even with the 3 hour time difference(so my morning time was very early for Bea in WA).
I never physically met Bea, but her dedication, positivity, hard work, and compassion made it feel like I've known Bea my whole life! The listing and quick sale was amazing and I am Forever grateful of Bea's hard work! She truly is the BEST!!

I had the pleasure to meet Breatice at a customer home as she amaze me with her proffesional but kind personality, It was impressive to see how she stage the house that sold in just 2 days!
I would refer her services to everyone specially because she takes into consideration the clients request an made sure her every need was meet during and after the sale.

I was introduced to Bea 10yrs ago by a mutual friend when I was looking to bought my first home. Been a first time home buyer and not knowing much about real estate, she made it easy by introducing me to the right people loan officers etc. Bea was really patient, professional and know her stuff.
