Beau Keenan

Beau Keenan, a fourth-generation Nevadan, serves as Board Chair for the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada.

Outside of his volunteer work at the Community Foundation, Beau is a successful real estate professional in the Northern Nevada area. Not only is he an owner and broker at Dickson Realty, but he’s also a top producer in the region that owns 14 investment properties and aids other investors in developing their portfolios.

This work in real estate across the region makes Beau a community connector, allowing the Community Foundation to make important connections with leaders and residents of Northern Nevada.

Although he wasn’t born in the state, Beau was raised in Northern Nevada, growing up in Reno and attending McQueen High School. Because of this, Beau thinks it’s important to give back to the community in which he grew up and has built his livelihood.

Beau has been married to Heather Keenan for more than 18 years, and they have two children, Luke and Andi. When he’s not working, Beau enjoys spending time outside with his family skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and playing soccer. He also serves as a bishop for the Church of Latter-Day Saints, in which he serves a voluntary role as a leader and youth mentor.
