Becca is a wonderful person and a very hard working real estate agent. It was a pleasure working with her and she did an amazing job getting our house sold in 3 weeks. She has a vision for what needs to be done so trust her and get out of the way. She is very involved in the process and connected to a great group of professionals who will make your house look amazing. photographer, landscaper, stager, house cleaner, handy man, junk man etc.. What ever you need she knows who to call.
We also appreciated her contribution to the cause as well. She even got her Electrician husband Eric involved in hanging party lights across our deck. Great touch and I'm sure the new owners are really enjoying them. Thanks again for all the help and attention to detail. We are really looking forward to working with Becca again in the near future.

Becca is THE BEST hands down! When you hire her you are getting passion, experience, grace and the best negotiator out there. When my husband and I sold our home she was always one step ahead leading us in the right direction while being extremely informative along the way. Becca is amazing at what she does!!! I will recommend her to anyone I know looking for a house in the area. She is a great negotiator, good at finding matches for what you want, and is so helpful and kind. She even helped me go through the home buying process while I was traveling out of state. Becca Platzner is the BEST! She listed our first home in Dec and we closed in under 21 days! She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. She goes above and beyond and really cares about her clients as well as the community and the neighborhood. She put together a home book for the open house for people to see during their visit that even included fun information of things like Brunch with Santa dates & holiday brunch events in the nearby area. She was hands on and involved during the whole process. Kept me and my husband informed with every step and with our busy schedule I counted on her a lot. Attending to contractors when I needed a leak fixed and I couldn't be present, she was there. I needed some help with cleaning up the yard and couldn't find a reasonably priced landscaper, she pulled through with getting me connected with one. We really cant stretch it enough how appreciative we are to have worked with Becca. She truly made the process go by smoothly and stress free in every level!!

This is my second time working with her and hands down she is my GO TO when it comes to buying and selling a home. I highly recommend her to all my family and friends.
